These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coria website and service (the "Service"), operated by Coria SRL ("Coria", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Coria helps you track contract and retainer renewal dates and sends reminders. The Service is currently offered as an early-access product and may change, be limited, or be discontinued as it develops.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) via our payment provider, Stripe.
• Early-access founder pricing, where offered, applies for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period except as set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, upload unlawful content, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the contracts and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload such content.

6. Reminders disclaimer

Coria provides reminders as a convenience tool. While we work to deliver them reliably, we do not guarantee delivery and are not liable for missed renewals, deadlines, or any resulting loss. You remain responsible for managing your contracts.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly during early access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
